About the Client:
Mercedes is the founder of Anchored Within and is a holistic health practitioner. Originally the director of Mercedes Remedial Massage, Mercedes is passionate with the body, mind health and wellbeing. With a recent completion of her counselling studies Mercedes is now a Psychosomatic Therapist offering all aspects of counselling, coaching, psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy. Then massage and reiki is offered as an optional extra service to help heal. . Her foundation of over six years experience in remedial massage therapy and her extensive studies of anatomy and the human body allow for the unique ability to assess and recognise the connections between physical and mental symptoms.
